Elektroprivreda Srbije has put into operation EPS View Your Bill mobile application.
Thanks to this application, households and small customers have the possibility
to review their electricity consumption, pay bills, check monthly liabilities
and make payments up to three years backward, as well as to receive notifications
and to file complaints on their mobile phones.
EPS View Your Bill mobile application is available to the users
of iOS and Android platforms and may be downloaded from Google Play and App

The mobile application represents
continuation of the process of digitalization of the services of Elektroprivreda
Srbije. It is an important step in our endeavours to make it easier for the
customers to access the account, as well as to make payments. At the same time,
the number of users of our View Your Bill Portal constantly increases.
We have over 380,000 users at the moment, which means that citizens recognize
numerous benefits of using such services – said Radovan Stanić, Executive
Director for Supply in EPS.
Stanić recalled that anyone who opts
for receiving the electricity bill electronically rather than in paper, is
entitled to the discount of RSD 50 when receiving the first next bill.
