Citizens can pay
their January electricity bills at the cash desks of Elektroprivreda Srbije,
which are up and running again, Dušan Živković, acting general manager, told the
Serbian Broadcasting Corporation.
- EPS cash desks
are used by less than 20 percent of electricity customers, and I believe this
number will decrease day by day as services become digital. In a short time,
more than 340,000 customers recognized the advantages of the View Your Bill
portal, where they have a detailed insight into consumption, bills, and
payments, and through which they can pay their bill easily once the monthly
charge has been formed. Final tests of the mobile application are underway,
which will soon be available to our customers - said Živković.
He reminded that
citizens have the option of replacing their paper bill with an electronic one
with a discount of 50 dinars per bill.

Elektroprivreda Srbije prints 3.4 million bills every month, for which there is
really no need in the digital age - emphasized Živković and called on citizens
to take action to protect the environment together with EPS.
