As the continuation of improving the business system,
the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije informs its customers that
starting from the bill for January 2025, the reference number will be changed
every month. The last four digits of the new reference number for households will
represent the year and month of the billing period (for example,
XX-XXXXXXXXXXX-2501 in the January 2025 bill).
The change applies to customers from all regions,
except for households from the Belgrade area, which will receive the change of reference
number in the coming period, and they will be informed about it.
