For payment via the portal and application - a discount of RSD 30

An increasing number of "EPS View your bill" users

The number of users of the portal and application "EPS View your bill" has been increasing day by day and exceeded 615,000, and from November 1 this year to October 31, 2025, "Elektroprivreda Srbije" grants a discount of 30 RSD for the next bill for payment via the portal and application - said Aleksandar Bjeličić, Executive Director for Supply, in the Morning News of the Radio Television of Serbia.

Bjeličic pointed out that as of November 1, the counter work in EPS branches will be gradually terminated and that this decision was expected because fewer and fewer citizens, only 13 percent, pay bills at EPS counters, and even 87 percent pay electricity bills via the portal "View your bill", commercial banks and the Pošta Srbije. From November 1 to February 1 next year, only counters that have the largest number of transactions and are located in the largest cities - Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac and Kraljevo - will work. Employees who worked at the counters will now be engaged in improving customer service.

- At the counters, as before, citizens may get information about bills, contracts, mаy file complaints, reclamations and get other information. Those who are not familiar with information technology, primarily senior citizens, may pay their bills, as they pay all their other bills, at the counters of post offices, banks, and other payment institutions. The Postal Savings Bank has offered a commission of RSD 30 to citizens who pay EPS bills at their counters, for amounts up to RSD 6,000 – said Bjeličić.

He reminded that EPS also grants a 5 percent discount for regular payment of bills, which is used by 65 percent of citizens, and every customer may opt for an e-bill and get an additional discount of RSD 50.

When it comes to complaints in Novi Sad, Bjeličić explained that no citizen will suffer any damage.

- The number of complaints is only 0.4 percent compared to the total number of bills we have issued in Serbia. There were about 5,800 complaints in Novi Sad. So far, more than half of the total number of complaints has been processed and more than half were unjustified. Many people have already received corrected bills. It is important to reiterate that everyone will get reply to the complaint and no customer will suffer any damage – said Bjeličić.
