A Special Collective Agreement for EPS JSC was signed

The Government of the Republic of Serbia has passed, at the session that has been held today, a decision authorizing the Minister of Mining and Energy, Dubravka Đedović Handanović, to sign the Special Collective Agreement for the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije. The signatories to the new SCA are the representatives of the Union of the workers of Elektroprivreda Srbije and the Minister of Mining and Energy. Primarily due to the responsible policy of the founder, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and the management of EPS JSC, the new collective agreement improved the workers’ rights. One of the advantages of the adopted Collective Agreement is the restauring of the Solidarity Fund which enables the provision of assistance to employees for the purpose of medical treatments. Namely, a special five-member commission is formed, consisting of the representatives of the Government, the Employer and the Union.
