Development of Bistrica PSHPP Construction Project, strategic capacity
for higher RES share in Serbia, was a main topic of the Elektroprivrede
Srbije management meeting with the representatives of Japanese company of Mitsubishi
Corporation.
- Project and
technical documentation assessment which is in progress is performed by
Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which is necessary to ensure
financing, therefore it is necessary to meet the agreed dynamics in order to
have implementation started in accordance with the plan – said Dušan Živković,
EPS General Manager.
Shunichi Komoriya, Deputy General Manager of the regional Mitsubishi
Corporation in Istanbul, highlighted that this company was ready to offer
with its partners the best possible technology for construction of Bistrica
PSHPP which he assessed as a very important project both for Serbia and the
region, as well as for the entire Europe.
